I wish that we did not have to worry about toys that are on the store shelves being a "hazard" to our children. Is there really any way of knowing that ALL of our toys are safe and do not contain harmful chemicals?

Is there really any way of knowing that ALL of our toys are safe and do not contain harmful chemicals?A great alternative is buying items that are handmade!! :) There are also lots and lots of shops online that make wooden toys or organic toys that your children will love!
Also... http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/category/toy.html is a great site to check from time to time to make sure you do not have any of the items on the list.
